Just as each person is unique in their experiences and history, so too is the care that I approach each individual with. I utilize techniques pulled from Motivational Interviewing, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Mindfulness, and Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy to name a few. Our work together will begin with an assessment in which we will discuss your concerns, history, and the goals you would like to achieve during counseling. With that we will create goals that we will work towards during the course of your care and create plans as to how we will achieve those goals using techniques that I will assess as being the best fit for your needs.
Sessions are typically scheduled on a weekly basis and will take place virtually or in person.
In-Person session are conducted at the Southcenter Mindful Therapy Group office.
As I am licensed in Washington state I can see clients located anywhere in the state. This does mean that during each session you will need to be physically located within the state, even if being seen virtually.
